Do it, when it sucks
I am a guy who firmly believes in Personal Development. During a period of time I was really immersed in Personal Development, things like reading books every day, meditation, exercise, and podcasts.
As time goes by things started to feel like a burden, personal development became more like a choice. I started to invest time in watching series, games, and Youtube.
When I tune in for podcasts or exercise now, It feels overwhelming. I wait for the podcasts to end, with that mindset there isn’t much focus nor curiosity to learn from other's work.
I became more like a couch potato who feels heaven and comfort in its own shell. But on the other side, I know this isn’t a good way.
I am gonna start a challenge soon, will let update about it once I did!
