For the last 4 days, I have been taking breaks from my learning and all my doings. I wasn’t fasting too, didn’t keep up a healthy diet at all. I took the days for granted and played well and worse.
I am back again at home, and from tomorrow I will be trying to reprocess or fix all the stuff that I had been doing wrong. For the record, most of my habits aren’t much appreciable especially things that deal with my diet and well-being skills.
It’s time to buckle up and hustle hard forward to fix my way of life which I am living for now. Make it much healthy and most importantly the one with more happiness and self-love.
I don't know where the future heads. But I gotta follow the rails.
