Why I am fasting for 18 hours a day?
The real reason is to construct a healthy food habit. Getting rid of consumption of junk foods and possibly much of sugar. I could sense in recent days my love for food went uphill, but that isn’t a problem. The real issue is when I am opting for junk foods over homemade foods.
So I planned to stop eating till 11 pm and for the next 18 hours water-only fast, the eating window opens between 6–7 pm kinda depends on the starting time.
The 18 — hours was a big fasting window, usually, I am used to a 14-hour window which seems easy for any newbies too.
It’s been 4 days till now, things seem smooth and I am getting rid of junk books little by little. Moreover feeling light and energized unlike lazy and out of focus.
Planning to push this for a couple of months, and it can even help me to find my best shape.
